Medical approval for treatments
If you are receiving
medical treatment (or other complementary therapy treatment) for certain condition, we may not be able to accept you as a
client without prior medical (or complementary therapist) consent. Additionally, there are some medical conditions which preclude
you from receiving complementary therapy treatments.
Our stance on both these points is driven
both by our concern for YOUR welfare and by professional guidelines: please respect our policies in these areas an recognise
that it is for your own safety and wellbeing. Thank you
Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge the client for any
missed appointment or a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. In some cases, we may refuse repeat appointments
in during non-standard hours, if you repeatedly cancel or change at short notice.
We
appreciate that unexpected things happen and it may sometimes be necessary to cancel or change an appointment at short notice
and would appreciate it if you let us know if this happens.

Tens machines, electronic massagers, massage cushions and similar devices.
We do not use any mechanical / electronic device during treatment and strongly recommend that no such device is used
within 72 hours following your appointment, unless under medical supervision or on direct medical advice.

Payment
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a facility to accept
payments by any type of debit or credit card. We accept cash or cheque (accompanied by a bank card) and will issue a receipt
for this. If you require a receipt to claim back the cost of your treatment from a third party, please let us know and an
additional receipt will be provided.
